The agreement
These terms apply to Statmio ("the service"), provided by SIA "AB Techworks", a company registered in Latvia ("we"). By signing in you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
What the service does
Statmio reads statistics from the social media accounts you connect and shows them in one dashboard. Its access is read-only: it never posts, edits or deletes anything on your accounts.
Your part
- You sign in with your own Google account and keep it secure.
- You connect only accounts you own or are allowed to manage.
- You follow the rules of each platform you connect, for example the YouTube Terms of Service.
- You do not try to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
Your data
Your statistics stay yours. How we handle them is described in the privacy policy.
Availability and responsibility
The service is in early access and is provided as it is, without guarantees that it is always available or error-free. The numbers come from the platforms and can differ slightly from what they show, for example because the platforms finalise their data a few days late. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on the numbers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law.
Ending
You can disconnect an account or delete your account at any time from the Accounts page; deletion removes all your data immediately. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why.
Changes and law
When these terms change we update this page and its date, and tell you in the app if the change matters. These terms are governed by the law of Latvia and the European Union.
